Mission
As a Learning Solutions consultant within our Design Team at the Orange Business Campus, Global Skills Centre organization, you will play a key role in developing innovative and effective learning solutions. Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and the Head of the Design Team, you will leverage your creativity and expertise to design and implement learning solutions that meet the specific needs of various business units.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Orange Campus leadership and business stakeholders to understand business challenges and transform them into learning opportunities.
- Own the end-to-end design and implementation of skills development programs in their respective scope.
- Utilize instructional design principles, creative thinking, and user experience-centric design methodologies (ex. Design Thinking) to develop engaging and effective learning solutions
- Apply agile methodologies in the design process to ensure flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs.
- Provide solutions for operational risks, training gaps, and learning opportunities and communicate those to stakeholders in partnership with learning operations managers
- Follow a systematic design process, covering the span of activities, from requirements definition all the way to handover to operations, engaging the operations in the different process steps.
- Conduct thorough research on industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development to incorporate innovative strategies into the design process.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and team members to enhance the overall quality of learning solutions.
- Continuously update and improve existing learning materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Maintain a strong understanding of technology tools and platforms relevant to learning solution design, integrating them into the design process where appropriate.
- Contribute to the Design Team's overall culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
These are not exhaustive activities and may evolve following department priorities and evolution.
Competencies :
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with Design Thinking and user-centric design approaches.
- Ability to develop innovative learning solutions and Strong creative thinking skills to design engaging learning experiences.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies in project management (like SAFe/Scrum/DevOps).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business stakeholders and leadership.
- A passion for learning and keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Familiarity with Orange Business solutions, service offerings and industry frameworks is a plus
