Role Overview:
As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in managing and growing the social media presence of our clients. You’ll create engaging content, develop social media strategies, track performance, and collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to ensure all campaigns align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) for multiple clients.
Create and curate engaging content (text, image, video) that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand voice.
Develop social media strategies to increase engagement, build communities, and drive traffic to client websites.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to ensure content stays relevant and innovative.
Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize social media campaigns and report on growth and engagement.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content is visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelines.
Engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.

What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and how to create content that drives engagement.
Experience with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar scheduling/analytics tools.
Familiarity with content creation (photo/video editing, copywriting) and branding best practices.
Strong communication skills with the ability to write engaging and effective copy.
A creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Knowledge of paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) is a plus.
