We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role will work closely with Marketing, Public Relations, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written, etc.) across various social media platforms.
Community Management: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
Brand Advocacy: Oversee design and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
SEO and Generation of Inbound Traffic: Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Prepare regular reports on social media activity and ROI.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Stay Up to Date: Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.
Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with visual communication principles.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
