Financial Planning Leader

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a strategic finance leader to drive financial planning, budgeting, and compliance across our global operations.Lead the full spectrum of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.Develop robust internal controls, accounting policies, and financial procedures.Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports with insights and variance analyses.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, invoicing, and reconciliation activities.Manage financial audits, tax filings, regulatory submissions, and compliance with relevant jurisdictions.Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development.Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) for performance monitoring and financial efficiency optimization.Evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and profitability across programs.Implement financial systems, dashboards, and automation for operational efficiency enhancement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and regulatory compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
