About this role:Our team is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented ERP Analyst to join our crew. As an ERP Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and escalating complex technical issues to engineering staff, providing advanced technical knowledge of mobile and web applications, updating technical documents, training customers on how to install and use our products via web conferencing, and more.This is a challenging opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a technically demanding environment and has a passion for learning about new technologies. If you're ready to take your skills to the next level and have a positive impact on our activities from a distance, we'd love to hear from youKey Responsibilities:Escalate complex technical issues to engineering staffProvide advanced technical knowledge of mobile and web applicationsUpdate technical documentsTrain customers on product installation and usageSupport sales with after-sale customer supportUse support ticketing tools like Jira and Confluence for documentationProvide technical support via phone and emailSolve technical issues using available resourcesProcess and record support and training interactionsQualifications and Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field with at least 2-3 years of application support experienceAdvanced knowledge of accounting and/or accounting software and payroll softwareStrong verbal and written English skillsExperience working in start-up environments and technical support rolesProven analytical and problem-solving abilities, adaptability, attention to details, and organizational skills
