The ideal candidate will have expertise in resource allocation, quality control, and process optimization.Key Responsibilities:Supervise production activities, ensuring timely completion of targets and deadlines.Plan and manage manpower, equipment, and material resources efficiently.Monitor process parameters, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions promptly.Requirements:Production ManagementConduct regular quality checks, adhering to product standards.Maintain accurate production records for traceability and audits.Collaborate with the QA/QC team to implement corrective actions.Inventory & Resource ManagementTrack inventory levels of seaweed, raw materials, and chemicals.Coordinate procurement to replenish inputs on time.Ensure safe handling and storage of production materials.Process Optimization & R&D SupportSupport trials, scale-ups, and pilot batches for new product development.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance yield, quality, and cost efficiency.Drive lean manufacturing practices across the production floor.Team LeadershipSupervise, guide, and motivate production operators and technicians.Build a culture of safety, discipline, and accountability among team members.Conduct performance evaluations and enforce adherence to SOPs.
