Job DescriptionAs a Full Chip STA Lead, you will drive timing closure activities for complex Systems-on-Chip (SoCs) and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.Key responsibilities include handling functional and test constraints at block and top level, performing static timing analysis (STA) for block-level and full-chip sign-off, owning ECO generation at the top level, coordinating with block owners for timing/functional ECO implementation, working closely with synthesis teams for block-level and top-level synthesis, and driving automation initiatives using Perl, Tcl, Awk, or Python.Responsibilities also encompass managing complex timing constraints, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.Required Skills and QualificationsA minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in full-chip STA is required, along with proven expertise in constraints handling, STA sign-off, and ECO flow.Strong scripting and automation skills, particularly in Perl, Tcl, Awk, or Python, are essential.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary for success in this role.What We OfferThe ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex SoC projects, develop advanced automation tools, and contribute to the growth of the company's technology expertise.Additional InformationThis role requires a strong understanding of electronic design automation (EDA) tools and methodologies, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
