Job OverviewAltisource seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to perform quality assurance call and/or process reviews for all departments.The selected candidate will conduct 'Process Refresher' and 'New Hire' trainings with employees, provide coaching and support to strengthen understanding and execution of quality standards.Analyze findings from process reviews, develop reports to highlight trends/ opportunities for improvement, and recommend preventive and corrective actions.This role involves identifying training needs based on process review findings and collaborating with management to address skill gaps.Develop and implement training materials and SOPs to ensure consistency in quality assurance practices across departments.Evaluate business processes, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to reduce process variation and eliminate errors.Escalate unresolved issues to Senior Management, track Business Unit responses, and provide timely reports documenting observations from reviews.Key Responsibilities:Quality assurance call and/or process reviews'Process Refresher' and 'New Hire' trainingsCoaching and support to employeesFindings analysis and report developmentRecommendations for improvementTraining material development and implementationError elimination and process optimizationRequirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysisExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalBenefits:This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contribute to process improvements, and advance your career in quality assurance.
