Job Description:As a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in software development.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the SEPG team to obtain inputs for process changesSupport the modification of process documentsConduct joint reviews with the SEPG team to review updated process documentsPlan QMS releasesDeliver QMS TrainingsDevelop deployment plansAssist project teams in tailoring the QMS ProcessProvide facilitation to Project ManagersCommunicate deployment status to managementDevelop and publish audit calendarsConduct internal auditsCommunicate audit status to teams and managementCoordinate with project teams in creating PIIDs (Practice Implementation Indicator Descriptions)Review PIIDs for all appraisal projectsConduct mock interviews with teamsSupport project closures prior to appraisalContribute to the organization's success in final appraisalRequirements:To succeed in this role, you should possess:2–4 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related fieldExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAble to work effectively in a team environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with quality management systems (QMS)Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectivelyBenefits:As an SQA professional, you can expect:A competitive salaryOngoing training and development opportunitiesA collaborative and dynamic work environmentOther Information:This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability.
