FoodNEST(S) is seeking a dynamic and street-smart Business Specialist to join our team in Lucknow. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the well-being of our business while also serving as the face of our company to external stakeholders. We need a sharp, persuasive communicator with a deep understanding of psychology bends of people, capable of managing internal team dynamics and driving business growth through strategic relationship management with proficient go-getter attitude

Job Description:

Are you a related field student/practitioner/communication enthusiast eager to apply your knowledge in a dynamic, real-world setting? FoodNEST(S) is seeking a Business Specialist Intern who is passionate about understanding and adapting to various human behaviors and harnessing the power of strategic communication to solve complex challenges.

As an intern with us, you’ll have to work closely with our product engineering, operations teams, customers, and vendors, playing a pivotal role in interpreting and addressing their needs. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of human behavior, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Your primary role will be to design a communication strategy and related artifacts for marketing and sales, customers, and vendors by leveraging techniques like NLP and more. Your insights will be key to frictionless communications, fostering smooth operations, and successful negotiations, to make a real impact in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Mind Reading & Analysis:

- Understand the psychological dynamics of customers, marketing and sales teams, and vendors to anticipate needs, concerns, and motivations.

Marketing and Sales Support:

- Using techniques like NLP, design engaging content for sales and marketing as well as end users. Utilize psychological analysis to understand customer needs and drive sales initiatives.
- Strategically navigate conversations to secure significant business development opportunities.
- Travel within Lucknow as needed with team to engage with potential customers and close deals.
- Create strategies to promote sales and ensure brand recall.

Negotiation:

- Utilize psychological insights to negotiate deals with vendors, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

Conflict Resolution:

- Address and resolve internal and external issues, mediating between parties and finding solutions that align with company goals.

Support & Guidance:

- Provide psychological support to team members, helping them navigate challenges and enhance their performance.
- Engage with teams to resolve their mental blocks and insecurities to bring their full potential out.

Strategy Development:

- Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance team cohesion and optimize vendor relationships.

Team Mental Health & Conflict Resolution:

- Provide psychological support to team members, helping them overcome mental blocks and fostering a positive work environment.
- Mediate and resolve conflicts within the team, ensuring a harmonious and productive workplace.

External Stakeholder Engagement:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and other external stakeholders, effectively communicating our propositions.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including government and non-government organizations.
- Leverage psychological insights to anticipate and manage customer escalations, resolving issues proactively.

Communication & Presentation:

- Communicate convincingly in both English and Hindi, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in all interactions.
- Maintain a professional, approachable, and confident demeanor in all client-facing situations.

Technology Proficiency:

- Understand the technology space and be proficient in using relevant tools, including email, CRM systems, and other business applications.

Qualifications:

- Completed or Pursuing a degree in Arts, Psychology, Management, Commerce or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role, combining psychological expertise with business development.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- A sharp, analytical mind with a street-smart attitude.
- Willingness to travel within Lucknow as required.
