PDI Application Support EngineerWe are seeking a skilled PDI Application Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for PDI solutions used by a major retail and petroleum client.The successful candidate will be able to work independently in a production support environment with good communication and stakeholder management abilities.Key responsibilities include:Providing L2/L3 support for PDI applications across multiple retail locations.Monitoring system performance and ensuring platform stability and uptime.Troubleshooting incidents, configuration issues, and integration failures.Supporting store operations, POS integrations, fuel pricing, inventory, and back-office processes.Coordinating with internal business teams, vendor support, and end users.Documenting fixes, SOPs, support workflows, and known issues.Performing routine checks, maintenance tasks, and release validations.Supporting operational changes, upgrades, and patch cycles.Ensuring timely resolution of tickets in accordance with SLAs.Required skills and qualifications include:5+ years of hands-on experience supporting PDI applications (Back Office, Logistics, Fuel Management, or Store Systems).Strong understanding of retail fuel/convenience store workflows.Experience working with ticketing and monitoring tools.Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.About the role:This is an excellent opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute your skills and experience to a dynamic team.
