**Position Overview:**
We’re looking for a proactive and skilled HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day HR operations effectively. This role involves handling the hiring process, onboarding new employees, and resolving workplace issues to create a positive and productive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize job selections.
- Manage offer letters and negotiate employment terms.
- Conduct new hire orientations and training programs to ensure smooth integration into the company culture.
- Prepare onboarding materials and ensure all paperwork is completed.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns or grievances.
- Mediate conflicts and provide solutions aligned with company policies.
- Foster employee engagement and collaboration.
- Draft clear and professional emails, memos, and reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication across teams.
- Maintain confidential employee data and HR records.
- Coordinate HR meetings, training sessions, and other events.
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction.
- Provide support to other departments with HR-related tasks as needed.
**Key Skills & Qualifications:**
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in email management and business correspondence.
- Effective organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
Education and experience in HR are essential.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 1–3 years of experience in a similar Human Resources role.
