
Sales Development Representative

Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – SaaS
Location: Bangalore / Pune
Compensation: Up to ₹14 LPA Fixed + Uncapped Variable
What you’ll do:
- Drive outbound prospecting and build top-of-funnel pipeline for SaaS solutions
- Engage with decision-makers via calls, emails & LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Work closely with Account Executives to exceed revenue targets
What we’re looking for:
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales / inside sales / SDR roles (SaaS preferred, but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- High energy, resilience, and a hunter mindset
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment
