Senior Financial Planning Specialist

The objective of this role is to implement and manage Tagetik solutions that enable clients to streamline their financial processes, enhance planning and forecasting, and improve overall performance.Create scalable technical solutions using CCH Tagetik, with a focus on Analytics Information Hub (AIH).Develop Data Transformation Processes (DTPs), ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic to support planning and forecasting.Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.Write TQL scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting.Design and manage data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies.Integrate Tagetik with external systems using Data Management tools and APIs.Ensure secure user provisioning and access control.Participate in performance tuning, testing, and deployment.Provide ongoing technical support and drive continuous improvement.Support UAT and SIT processes by preparing test scenarios, documentation, and assisting end users.Create and maintain detailed functional and technical design documents, user stories, and process maps.Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.Key Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience with Tagetik implementations.Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting).Hands-on experience in designing and deploying financial models and reports using PBCS, FCCS and CCH Tagetik.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred: Candidates with Engineering or MCA or MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications.Tagetik certified (Level 1/2/3)
