Financial SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Financial Specialist to support our finance team with financial analysis, accounting, and bookkeeping tasks.Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with US GAAP and Local GAAP.Support the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Reconcile Balance sheet and P&L accounts on a regular basis and investigate discrepancies.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including variance analysis and supporting schedules.Maintain proper documentation for all journal entries and account reconciliations.Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.This role will be instrumental in providing accurate and timely financial data to support business decision-making.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:A degree in Accountancy with CA/CPA qualification and 2+ years of working experience in accounting and book close process.Solid knowledge of US GAAP and Local GAAP (e.g., IFRS, statutory requirements).Experience with ERP systems is preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Key SkillsThe ideal candidate will possess:Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
