Office is located at red fields near racecourse, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India. Role : Digital marketing specialist We’re looking for a specialist with passion for digital marketing — someone who can create compelling visuals that drive engagement and conversions across web, social, and ad platforms. Core Responsibilities : • Design digital marketing creatives (ads, social media posts, emails). • Collaborate with marketing teams to interpret campaign goals into visuals. • Understand digital KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversions) and optimize creatives accordingly. • Maintain brand consistency across digital assets. Skills : Design : Figma, Canva Marketing : Social media advertising, SEO basics, Google Analytics, A/B testing What we are also looking for : Curious about audience behavior, data-driven creativity, collaborative Ability to multi task Honesty & transparency Ability to adapt, accommodate & be considerate in a startup environment Strong communication skills and a willingness to connect with people Experience : At least a year of hands on working experience ( excluding internship ) as a full time digital marketing executive is definitely required and non negotiable Experience in graphic designing is a plus
