MAWM Configuration and Integration SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of MAWM Configurator and Integration Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting MAWM solutions.This position involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to design, optimize, and maintain MAWM processes that align with business requirements and operational goals.Main ResponsibilitiesMAWM Configuration & ImplementationConfigure, customize, and deploy MAWM modules based on business needs.Design and implement workflows, rules, and automation within the MAWM platform.Perform end-to-end system setup, including master data configuration, integration mappings, and environment readiness.Integration & Technical SupportWork with internal and external teams to integrate MAWM with upstream and downstream systems.Troubleshoot interface issues, analyze logs, and ensure seamless data flow across all MAWM components.Conduct root cause analysis for system incidents and provide timely resolutions.Proactive Monitoring & OptimizationUtilize MAWM Proactive tools to monitor system health, performance, and operational KPIs.Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance stability, scalability, and efficiency.Documentation & CollaborationPrepare functional and technical documentation for configurations, enhancements, and integrations.Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and convert them into effective MAWM configurations.Support UAT cycles, provide training, and assist in deployment activities.Required Skills and QualificationsAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in MAWM configuration and implementation.A strong understanding of MAWM architecture, rule configuration, workflows, and system setup.Experience working on interface integrations with ERP, WMS, or other enterprise applications.The ability to analyze issues, debug system behavior, and provide effective technical solutions.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.BenefitsDeliver efficient and optimized MAWM configurations aligned with business requirements.Ensure stable, high-performing MAWM integration across enterprise systems.Improve system reliability through proactive monitoring and best practices.
