Accounting SpecialistThe Accounting Specialist will play a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for the meticulous processing and analysis of financial documents. This includes gathering, interpreting, and ensuring accurate reporting of key financial information.Key Responsibilities:Process and match Invoices with 3-way and 2-way verificationWeekly review of pending Invoices and coordination with Stores for timely receiptProficient understanding of TDS regulations and E-TDS returns data managementRun and distribute reports as requiredSupport all financial audit requests related to internal and external audits of Accounts PayableManual import payments with relevant documentationAssist in month-end closing activities, billing, reconciliation, and GST return filingRequirements:Strong knowledge of accounting processes, functions, and proceduresExcellent MIS reporting skills backed by advanced Excel capabilitiesExperience in an ERP environmentInventory control, costing, and financial reporting expertiseAnalytical and problem-solving skillsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & FinanceExperience: 2-5 years relevant experience in accounts in product/manufacturing.
