Compliance Consultant

InfoVision is seeking an experienced Compliance Consultant to ensure that our SaaS platform aligns with all relevant industry standards, regulatory requirements, and data privacy laws. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs that enhance data security, mitigate risk, and support our commitment to ethical business practices.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks to ensure the platform’s adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, HIPAA, USDP etc.).
  • Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance reviews to identify potential areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with legal, security, and product teams to integrate compliance requirements into platform development.
  • Establish data privacy policies and procedures to manage and protect personal data in alignment with global standards.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and compliance standards, providing proactive guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to ensure team members understand and adhere to compliance protocols.
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities and respond to inquiries related to compliance.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compliance consulting, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, HIPAA, USDP, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive compliance initiatives and enhance corporate governance.
