Leadership Role in EngineeringWe are seeking a seasoned engineering professional to lead our team and drive innovation. As Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing remote engineering team.This role requires a unique blend of strategic leadership, technical expertise, and cultural fit within a fast-paced FinTech environment.Team Development: Establish and manage the engineering development process, driving modern coding, testing, and deployment practices.System Architecture: Own and oversee system architecture and design, ensuring scalable and secure solutions for consumer-facing platforms.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Design, and Business teams to deliver impactful solutions.The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software engineering, at least 2+ years in an engineering management role, preferably in remote teams.
