If you enjoy designing production-grade systems, scaling real-world AI workloads, and diving deep into systems design—this role is for you.Design and Scale Backend Systems: Build and scale high-performance backend systems using Python (FastAPI), ensuring modular, efficient architecture aligned with product goals.Cloud Deployment and Optimization: Deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud-native applications on AWS or Azure for reliability and scalability.LLM Integration and Collaboration: Work closely with AI and product teams to integrate LLM pipelines into backend services.Leadership and Engineering Culture: Independently lead projects, mentor junior engineers, set code quality standards, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-ownership engineering culture.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Python, strong proficiency in FastAPI, and solid CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, system design, and design patterns.
