Microsoft Partner Lead Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced professional to own and manage our partner program orchestration and management in relation to its strategic alliance with Microsoft. This includes access management, commercial marketplace solution management, lead tracking, and revenue tracking.Main responsibilities include:Managing program requirements and processesCoordinating with Alliance teams on strategic projects and initiativesDriving process improvement and automation across operationsProviding insights and recommendations to senior leaders on maximizing benefits and minimizing risksThe ideal candidate will have a proficient understanding of how Microsoft's partner programs are executed and a track record of assessing, managing, and owning such programs at an organizational level.A strong English speaking, influencing, and communication skills are required. Experience working for a global system integrator (GSI) with exposure to complex partner programs is also essential.Additionally experience with Microsoft products and technologies, continuous process improvement and automation, direct experience managing revenue recognition, and experience building or maintaining executive dashboards and reports are key qualifications.
