Job Overview:We seek a seasoned expert to spearhead the implementation, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP and other Dynamics modules.Key Responsibilities:Lead project development, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system usage.Analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable functional and technical specifications.Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and reports using SQL Server, .NET, and Microsoft UI technologies.Support key modules such as Financials, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, HR, and CRM.Utilize tools like Modifier, Dexterity, Integration Manager, eConnect, and SmartList Builder.Perform system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning.Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and end-users to drive successful system adoption.Required Skills & Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains).Proficiency in other Microsoft Dynamics products (e.g., Dynamics NAV, AX, CRM, or Dynamics 365).Strong SQL Server skills – queries, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization..NET Framework, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET expertise.Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Office 365.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and lead small teams.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications in Dynamics GP or Dynamics 365.Cloud-based Dynamics 365 Business Central or Finance & Operations experience.Awareness of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
