Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled Digital Analytics Expert to join our team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing tracking strategies that capture every meaningful interaction. Your expertise in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4) will help us understand, acquire, and convert users.You'll own the complete analytics infrastructure, configure GA4 properties, set up custom events, create audiences, and build advanced exploratory reports. You'll also lead behavioral analysis across our digital properties, analyzing user journeys, segmentation, drop-off points, and conversion funnels.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement event-tracking strategies using GTM, ensuring accurate data capture for all key user interactions.Configure GA4 properties, set up custom events, create audiences, and build advanced exploratory reports.Lead behavioral analysis, analyzing user journeys, segmentation, drop-off points, and conversion funnels.Analyze funnel performance from acquisition to conversion and retention, identifying friction points and providing actionable recommendations.Create, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards that visualize user behavior, funnel metrics, A/B test results, and marketing KPIs.Develop and optimize DAX calculations to support complex behavioral and marketing analysis within Power BI.Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and blend GA4 data, app data, and other data sources.Required Skills & Qualifications:Expert-level proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4).Strong proficiency with Power BI and DAX.Solid SQL knowledge for querying and analyzing GA4 data stored in BigQuery.Experience with A/B testing platforms and statistical analysis.Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective tracking strategies and analytical solutions.
