About the RoleInfinite Labs Digital is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with U. S. certification to join our growing team. As a mid-level CPA, you will play a critical role in expanding our accounting and tax services offerings to our diverse client base while managing the financial operations of Infinite Labs Digital. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic, forward-thinking team in the e-commerce and supplement industry space. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting and tax services to our expanding portfolio of clients. Primary ResponsibilitiesTax Return Preparation & Filing: Prepare, review, and file U. S. federal and state tax returns for individual and business clients with accuracy and compliance Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, manage chart of accounts, reconcile accounts, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions Financial Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses; provide insights and recommendations based on financial data Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure all clients and Infinite Labs Digital meet regulatory requirements; prepare audit-ready documentation and support external audits when needed Client Service Management: Manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, provide financial guidance, and ensure timely delivery of accounting services Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and team members to streamline processes, implement best practices, and scale accounting services across our client base Required QualificationsU. S. CPA Certification: Must hold an active, valid CPA license issued by a U. S. state (mandatory) Experience Level: 5+ years of mid-level accounting or tax preparation experience Industry Experience: Demonstrated experience in e-commerce, digital businesses, or related fast-paced environments preferred Software Proficiency: Expert-level experience with Quick Books (mandatory requirement) Technical Skills: Proficiency with accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.
