Organization DescriptionWelcome to TEACH - Established in 2016, operating across three campuses in Mumbai, Pune, and Delhi, TEACH redefines conventional education. We offer a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) program and a wide range of additional skills, including computer skills, arts & design, to empower our students, that are tailored to the needs of Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.Our Placement Cell supports students with internships, job opportunities, and corporate training, while also working with companies to promote inclusive hiring through sensitization sessions and post-placement support.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Executive – Placement & Corporate Relations located in Delhi. The role involves managing the end-to-end placement process, building strong relationships with corporate partners, and preparing students for successful career opportunities.Qualifications- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Good customer service and relationship-building skills- Ability to guide students and match them to suitable job roles- Experience working with youth or persons with disabilities is preferredKey Responsibilities & Duties- Manage the complete placement cycle for students, from sourcing opportunities to final onboarding.- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, corporates, and recruiters.- Organize and coordinate job fairs, campus drives, and corporate engagement events.- Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and resume-building support to students.- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for placed candidates.- Maintain placement records, prepare reports, and track student outcomes.- Act as a bridge between students and employers to ensure high satisfaction levels on both sides.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of placement activities.Education: Any Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of experience in HR, Placement, or corporate relations.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentImmediate Joiners are welcomed.
