Activity to set priorities, strengthen operations, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results and adjust the organization's growth in response to a changing environment 7.BRD to include the scope, detailed existing process and proposed process flows and relevant sign offs 8.Prepared BRD to be signed by all respective stakeholders and the same has to be forwarded to IT team for development
