Unlocking Young Minds through Coding EducationWe are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Coding Educator to join our team of experts in delivering engaging online classes to students aged 5–18.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in teaching coding and programming concepts to school or college students, with a strong command of block-based and text-based programming languages such as Scratch, Blockly, Python, JavaScript, C++, and Java.This role demands technical expertise, creativity, and innovation – transforming learning into curiosity, creativity, and innovation. As an educator, you will be responsible for designing curriculum-aligned projects in App Development, Web Development, Game Development, Software Development, AI & Machine Learning, and Robotics, while fostering a student-centric learning environment encouraging problem-solving, creativity, and innovation.You will also be required to track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and personalize learning paths, ensuring that every student achieves their full potential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, storytelling, and engagement skills, with the ability to adapt teaching methodologies based on age group and student learning patterns.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality, interactive online coding sessions globally.Teach block-based coding (Scratch, Blockly) and text-based programming (Python, JavaScript, C++, Java).Design curriculum-aligned projects in App Development, Web Development, Game Development, Software Development, AI & Machine Learning, Robotics.Foster a student-centric learning environment encouraging problem-solving, creativity, and innovation.Track student progress, provide constructive feedback, and personalize learning paths.Qualifications & Skills:Strong command of block-based and text-based programming languages.Expertise in at least 3 domains: App Development, Web Development, Game Development, Software Development, AI, Robotics.Familiarity with educational tools, coding platforms, and online teaching technologies.Deep understanding of child & adolescent learning psychology.Excellent communication, storytelling, and engagement skills.
