This, in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world.The Account Lead CDIT Business -WC will drive the Consumer Durable & IT Channel Partner's business, manage and guide the Apple Account Executives who are mapped to these Accounts. The role will primarily focus on driving revenue for all Apple products across these channel partners, with a specific emphasis on developing Non-phone business. The selected candidate would be regarded as an emerging Apple leader, reporting to the Wireless Chain RTM's country lead. The role is based in Bangalore.DescriptionThis position would own and drive the channel to achieve ambitious business objectives, manage partner relationships, deliver returns on Apple investments, and enhance the customer experience in the region. This is a result-focused role with quantitative and qualitative deliverables.Responsible for developing Strategic Account plan for the partners to deliver strong growth objectives. Provide leadership in identifying data-based trends and addressing problem statements, creating innovative solutions, and driving strategic and tactical execution plans at scale.Connect & coordinate with central team support functions for smooth business operations and drive weekly business review cadence focussing on key business parameters including sales numbers and deep focus on POS excellence (LFL, Program door pipeline, ranging, inventory management), partner SOB, coverage strategy & channel expansion.Partner with Apple Account & Field sales team as well as Partner's business team to drive those plans and address gaps. Regularly review Account level business performance with Partner's National / Regional / Zonal managers to influence and prioritise support for the business.Manage and provide directional leadership to experienced Apple Account team in driving Apple business revenue and ensure right share of business in CDIT Multi Brand environment across the country. Responsible to hire, develop, retain a successful and seasoned Apple AE Team by ensuring right skills sets, coach and mentor the team members.Minimum QualificationsThe successful candidate should have 15+ years of relevant experience in Sales, Channel Partner Management and Retail Operations.Master's degree /MBA in a relevant field or equivalent experienceExperience of managing large and diverse teams based out of different geographies and at reseller stores.Analytical skills and demonstrated problem solving skillsFosters trust and relationships at all levels in the organisationProficiency in English and excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsAnalytical – The role requires a high level of analytical thinking, enabling the ability to distil data into key insights and make informed decisions.Creativity – Flexibility and creativity are essential for proposing innovative solutions to existing problems.Apple is a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Successful candidates should be adaptable, have strong interpersonal skills, and become comfortable with ambiguity.Prepared to travel 2 to 3 days a week.Obsessive about managing process and details to drive scale and resultsConsumer electronics / Telecom / Luxury retail backgroundProven cross-functional influential leadership, Results driven without compromising quality.Prior experience of managing diverse and high performing teams, Flexible and adaptable approach to work.The highest level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
