As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing scientific and technical collaboration and research for climate smart dairy initiatives.This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with expertise in dairy operations, cross-functional collaboration, and project management to make a meaningful impact.You will be responsible for:Supporting multi-disciplinary research and implementation projects across livestock and dairy sectors.Acting as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on science and research priorities.Facilitating knowledge exchange between international teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-functional CollaborationSupporting implementation partners with technical and scientific expertise.Conducting landscape assessments of dairy sector challenges in target geographies.Providing insights and analysis to inform decision-making on collaborative agriculture projects.Technical Capacity BuildingDeveloping and implementing training programs for implementation partners.Mentoring junior staff members on dairy operations best practices.Evaluating and improving existing dairy operations processes.Partner EngagementBuilding relationships with local dairy companies, milk cooperatives, and stakeholders.Representing the organization at industry events and conferences.Project ManagementManaging multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.Documenting progress and preparing reports for stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Agriculture, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in dairy operations, preferably in a leadership role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
