Skills and competencies Credit:•    Perform holistic analysis to support ratings and research teams with limited guidance for certain advanced/bespoke tasks•    Extensive working knowledge of applicable methodologiesStakeholder Management:•    Comfortably and professionally interact with various senior stakeholders on a wide range of topics•    Ability to effectively engage with team members of most levels and across departmentsProject Management:•    Manage deliverables related to multiple projects independentlyQualifications:Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business; 6+ years in credit/financial data analysis (structured finance preferred); strong organizational and mentoring skills; advanced Excel and SQL proficiency; fluent in English with strong communication abilities.Roles and Responsibilities:•    Lead and manage people and projects across data, ratings, research, and outreach, while overseeing data intake, normalization, and processing as a people manager driving technical guidance and process improvements.•    Take full responsibility for the quality of deliverables for the staff they manage as well as end to end delivery of several business as usual (BAU) tasks such as complex data and research tasks or analytic support tasks such as complex loan by loan portfolios•    Support global data and tech initiatives by defining and documenting requirements, reviewing complex tasks for quality, and coordinating team workload to ensure timely completion.•    Provide proactive feedback on team output quality, lead process improvements through re-engineering initiatives, and oversee activity transitions to service hubs. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and support outsourcing activities where relevant.•    Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects, assess methodology impacts, implement process changes, and collaborate with departments to transition work into RRS Global Capability Centers with clear outputs•    Attract, hire, develop, motivate and retain talented junior analytical staff.About the team:Being part of the RRS Global Capability Centers provides a unique opportunity to foster skills that are valuable to any future career in the financial services industry.
