Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Okhla Phase 2

Reports To: Corporate Sales Manager


The BDE will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales by effectively communicating the value of the company’s products and services. This role requires proactive engagement with potential and existing customers over calls, emails, and online meetings.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (cold calling, emailing, online platforms, etc.).
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with company offerings and target customer profiles.


2. Sales Communication:

  • Effectively communicate product/service benefits to potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and objections professionally and persuasively.


3. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries and escalate complex issues when needed.


4. Sales Pipeline Management:

  • Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
  • Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress against targets.


5. Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.


6. Market Feedback:

  • Gather customer feedback to understand market trends and relay insights to the product and marketing teams


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
