Among them are Voice-based applications, retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and conversational AI - paradigm shifts that are transforming customer experiences and are bringing scalable solutions to solve patient access problems.What You'll DoYou will work with a group of highly talented engineering teams working in different locations across the globe with one common goal: to revolutionize Healthcare with latest tools and technologies to improve the patient experience.Required ExperienceExtensive experience in Python development and a proven track record of successful projectsExpertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Fast API, Flask or Pyramid)Design systems to automate patient interactions with health systemsDevelop applications in Google Cloud (GCP) to implement product owners' visionExperience working in a full CI/CD environmentUnderstanding and working knowledge of React and front technologiesCoordinate with Data Science teams to deploy models in productionWork with Product Management to identify opportunities to expand Client's offeringsAct as the Team Lead for a local development teamExposure to and familiarity with ML models and techniques would be a bonusThis role involvesGCP development workWorking with health care dataWorking with Startup Clients in USAWorking directly with customersReact/Redux knowledgeUsing Python programming language to create scalable codeApplication testing and bug fixingUtilizing server-side logic to incorporate user-facing componentsIntegrating ML models with existing APIs.Design and implementation of high-performance, low-latency applicationsWorking in concert with front-end programmersEducational & Experience RequirementsB.E., B.Tech or M.Tech with minimum 9+ years of working experience in IT IndustryMinimum of 8+ years working with Python3+ years developing applications in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP)Minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role on a software teamThis is an opportunity to work with a passionate team that’s redefining healthcare using technology — where your contributions will have real-world impact.If this role resonates with your experience and aspirations, please apply with your updated resume and we’d be happy to discuss further.
