This isn’t just work for you, it’s what you live for.What you will doThis is a hybrid role. You are 60% Head of Growth and 40% Brand Custodian.1. The Growth Engine (Revenue & Performance)Own the P&L for Marketing: Manage performance campaigns (Meta/Google) with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and LTV. You aren't just spending budget; you are investing it.Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user journeys on subtlestore.com. Run A/B tests on landing pages to improve how we sell our "Heavy" philosophy.Retention Loops: Our customers come back. You will build the email/WhatsApp flows (Klaviyo/etc.) that turn a one-time buyer of a Cloud Tee into a lifetime subscriber of the brand.2. The Brand Narrative (Content & Creative)Visual Storytelling: Work with editors, creators, and models. You ensure every piece of content looks like it belongs in a magazine, not a discount bin.AI Leverage: proficiently use AI tools for copywriting, creative iterations, and workflow automation to move 10x faster than a traditional team.The "Subtle" Launch: We are dropping limited edition collections inspired by art and culture. You will orchestrate these launches to create scarcity and desire.RequirementsExperience: 2–4 years in D2C, Growth, or a Founders Office role.Note: If you are a fresher with exceptional drive and a portfolio of "building things" from scratch, we will listen.The Toolkit: proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify, and Email Marketing tools.The Mindset: You are obsessed with details. You notice if a font is off by 1px. You care about how the "moon patch" is described.The Demographic Understanding: You get our guy. He is in his 30s/40s, earns well, and values "Felt. Not Flaunted".
