The Role We’re looking for a full-stack growth marketer who can own the top and mid-funnel: drive signups, build loops, and experiment relentlessly. If you love running scrappy experiments, turning insights into growth playbooks, and blending creativity with analytics — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Growth Experiments & Funnels Design and execute experiments to drive signups, activations, and paid conversions across channels (LinkedIn, X, communities, email, SEO, affiliates) Analyze funnel performance in Mixpanel/GA4 and identify bottlenecks and breakout opportunities. Run structured A/B tests on landing pages, lead magnets, and pricing pages to improve CVR Own the affiliate program end-to-end — from recruitment and onboarding to performance tracking and payouts Build relationships with influencers, creators, agencies, and educators in the paid media space Design affiliate campaigns, launch assets, and content kits that make it easy for partners to promote GoMarble Experiment with incentives (first-month bounties, recurring commissions, referral bonuses) and measure ROI What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience of relevant experience Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills — you can create compelling landing pages, emails, and partner pitches. Data fluency — you know your way around Mixpanel, GA4, or Looker Studio and can measure funnel health. Comfortable using no-code/low-code tools (Framer, Webflow, Zapier, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.) and having an automation-first mindset A mix of creativity, curiosity, and resilience — you love experimenting and compounding learnings.
