Job Title: Senior Director of Engineering and TechnologyWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead our engineering and technology efforts.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement end-to-end system architecture, incorporating hardware, firmware, cloud microservices, AI/ML, and data flows.Create detailed technical specifications and product architecture documents.Guide and direct engineering teams (internal and external) through design and execution phases.Lead the development of technical narratives for partners, pilots, and venture capitalists.Ensure security, reliability, compliance, and scalability in all design and implementation decisions.Collaborate across IoT devices, edge compute, cloud platform, and clinical workflow automation initiatives.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:A minimum of 12-25 years of experience in MedTech, IoT, embedded systems, AI, or deep-tech systems.Strong expertise in embedded systems, electronics, cloud architecture, and data systems.Prior experience integrating AI/ML or vision systems at an architect level.Excellent documentation, specification, and architecture skills.Comfort working with safety-critical or regulated systems.Strong communication and leadership abilities.
