Key service areas include medical writing, project management, regulatory support, and more.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for an Administrative Assistant. The role involves providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling clerical tasks, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining excellent communication with the team. The Administrative Assistant will assist in managing daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting executive-level tasks as required.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical SkillsStrong Communication and interpersonal skillsExperience with office management software like MS Office Knowledge of office proceduresExperience in Executive Administrative AssistanceAttention to detail, organizational skills, and time managementAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site team environmentBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferredPrior experience in clinical or healthcare settings is advantageousJob Description:Day to day oversight and monitoring of all Admin requirementsManage Front office, housekeeping staff and Admin purchasesTroubleshooting and sorting out Admin issues in a timely, efficient and resourceful manner Optimizing use and monitoring and maintaining office assets including computers laptops, printers, servers, networks and all equipmentManage office supplies stock and place ordersMaintain and update company databaseFiling and organizing all important company documentsOrganize all in-house and external eventsDocumenting all processes followed
