Data Engineering Expert WantedWe are looking for a highly skilled data engineering expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing data models, data architectures, and metadata management systems. They will also have expertise in complex SQL queries, data warehousing concepts, and big data approaches.Key responsibilities include:Designing and developing ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and SSIS/InformaticaDeveloping data integration feeds according to business requirementsReviewing business requirements and designing pipelines to load data into Azure Data Lakes or Azure Data warehouses, Azure Synapse, Azure Databricks, or cloud servicesPerforming code optimization and adhering to IFC standardsMonitoring and improving the performance of Azure data feedsRequirements:Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field+8 years of experience in data modeling, data/information architecture, metadata management, master data management, data governance, and data qualityExpertise on Azure platforms including experience in Azure Databricks, ADLS, Synapse, and its various components is mandatoryStrong experience with designing ETL/ELT Pipelines/Data flows using Azure Data Factory as primary skill and SSIS/Informatica as additional skillsMust have strong development & design skills in leading RDBMS environments e.g. MS SQL Server and OracleExpertise experience in complex SQL queries is requiredExperience of Big data approach, architectural concepts, data sourcing/ingestion/curation and storage mechanismsExperience with real-time/near-real-time Data warehousing concepts and Design approachesLeveraging components like Azure Automation, Azure PowerShell Scripting, Az Copy, Devops/ARM TemplatesFluent in English
