We are looking for 3+ years experienced Inside Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Implementing and monitoring the performance of sales strategies

  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relations

  • Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports

  • Addressing any customer queries and complaints through phone/visit

  • Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database

  • Taking up any urgent requests or queries in a timely manner

  • Providing Quotation to the partners & Maintaining their Database

  • Managing Service Related issues/Closure with support from concerned service team

  • Monitoring Client Accounts to ensure accuracy and Timelines of Projects.

  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.

  • Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer.

  • Arrange meetings with potential customers for new business

  • Responsible for driving productivity for Enterprise Archival, Mailing and Communication.

  • Providing after sales service support and coordination with the operation team for Improving customer satisfaction

  • Develop positive working relationship with associates / consultants and partners to build Business
  • Timely submission of MIS and all sales reports as required by HOD
