Global Lead Statistical ProgrammerJob Summary:As a Global Lead Statistical Programmer, you will lead statistical programming activities for various therapeutic areas and compounds/indications within multiple studies/projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain programming documentations following industry standards and processes.Design CDISC standard SDTM mapping specifications and ADaM specifications.Develop SAS programs for creating SDTM and ADaM datasets following CDISC standards and reports.Contribute to the development of standard macros and participate in establishing statistical programming standards.Collaborate on CRF annotation, review of SAP, TLFs specifications development, and TLFs review.Handle P21 related items and eCRT packages including aCRF, define.XML, cSDRG, ADRG, and ARM for regulatory submissions.Support global regulatory authority submissions following guidelines and collaborating with partnering functions to address health authority requests.Mentor junior programmers and contribute to their professional growth.Required Skills and Qualifications:Extensive experience in statistical programming.Expertise in CDISC standards.Proficiency in SAS programming.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a dynamic team.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive compensation package.
