About Digital Growth RoleAs a key player in driving business expansion, you will be responsible for leading digital growth initiatives across our SaaS platform, national marketplace, affiliate programme, and acquisition sourcing.This is a highly influential role that requires someone who can move quickly from idea to execution and build processes that make growth repeatable.The Ideal CandidateDigital Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.Affiliate and Partner Growth Specialist: Experience in managing and expanding affiliate and referral programmes, building systems to onboard, track, and reward affiliates.AI and Automation Strategist: Strong knowledge of AI tools and automation techniques to streamline reporting, creative production, and campaign workflows.Accountability and ReportingBuild data-driven dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting systems across regions and business units, delivering clear weekly and monthly performance updates and analysing trends to recommend improvements.Team Collaboration and ExecutionRun multiple growth projects simultaneously with clear ownership, working closely with product, operations, and acquisitions teams, managing freelancers or agencies for creative and paid media, and creating processes to roll out marketing across new locations and acquired businesses.Requirements6–10 years in digital or performance marketing.Proven leadership and delivery skills.Strong experience with data analysis, dashboard creation, and structured reporting.Confident working with AI and automation tools.Highly organised, detail-driven, and proactive.
