Job Title:Business Development Representative About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and expanding existing relationships. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate and timely accounting records in Tally, including daily entries, reconciliations, and statutory returns preparation.Perform expense booking, income booking, purchase booking, and maintain accurate classification of ledger heads.Conduct periodic reconciliation of income, expenses, bank statements, vendor and customer balances, and GST reconciliation.Ensure timely collection and verification of bills/invoices from relevant departments.Preparation of statutory returns, including monthly GST return (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B), quarterly TDS return, and assist in handling GST and TDS queries and maintaining working papers.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure 100% compliance.Maintain systematic and well-organised physical and digital documentation of all accounting records.Coordinate with internal departments to resolve document-related and accounts-related discrepancies.Assist in month-end closing activities and MIS preparation when required.Support the Accounts Manager during internal/external audits by providing required information and schedules.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or equivalent.1–3 years of relevant accounting experience (Travel industry experience preferred but not mandatory).Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances (GST & TDS).Strong attention to detail and discipline in following SOPs.Ability to maintain organized documentation and meet deadlines.
