Job Description


  • Candidate will require to take care of below roles and responsibilities:
  • Coordination with internal team members for planning of arrangement of Import shipments from China, Thailand and other countries.
  • Coordination with Freight Forwarder and shipping lines for shipment arrangement.
  • Timely and effective co-ordination with CHAs for custom clearance.
  • Coordination with transporters to plan deliveries of custom cleared shipments to various warehouses PAN India level.
  • E-waybill creation and sharing with transporters.
  • Follow ups with warehouse team for shipment delivery appointments.
  • Coordination with internal finance team to ensure timely duty payment and other related payments for custom clearance.
  • Coordination with Internal Buying team for timely escalation of sensitive matters related to shipment delay/issue with shipper etc.
  • Timely escalation of issues pertaining to custom clearance, delivery issue, delivery related issue etc.
  • Fortnightly updation of MIS report.
  • Periodic meeting with all the service providers to discuss issues, highlight concern related to bills, payments etc.
  • Candidate will have to understand duty benefit under various free trade agreement, CFS movements, DPD movement, FTWZ movements Duty scrip utilization
