You will be responsible for developing questions, test papers, and evaluation frameworks that accurately measure learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop assessment content including multiple-choice questions, case studies, and practical exercises ● Create test papers aligned with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes ● Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness ● Maintain question banks and assessment repositories ● Ensure assessments meet quality standards and difficulty levels ● Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate content ● Analyze assessment data and recommend improvements ● Stay updated with assessment best practices and methodologies Requirements: ● 1-2 years of experience in content development, assessment creation, or academic writing ● Strong writing and editing skills with excellent command of English ● Understanding of assessment principles and evaluation frameworks ● Ability to create content across difficulty levels ● Attention to detail and commitment to quality ● Proficiency in MS Office Suite ● Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred ● Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or relevant subject area ● Knowledge of Bloom's Taxonomy and assessment design principles is a plus What We Offer: ● Salary package of ₹2.0 - 2.4 LPA ● Opportunity to impact learning outcomes ● Collaborative work environment ● Professional development opportunities
