You will play a crucial role in providing strategic financial insights and support across all aspects of Americas and Channel GTM organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you'll be responsible for:Analyzing and presenting comprehensive financial data, including variance analysis and KPIs, to senior managementSupporting the Sales function with critical financial metrics such as sales efficiency, productivity, and pipelineBuilding and evaluating detailed, scenario-based financial models for investment priorities and their business impactDeveloping and optimizing operational and financial processes in collaboration with business systems for maximum efficiency and forecast accuracyLeading QBRs and Annual Business Planning initiatives, while coaching and guiding analysts on their projectsWhat We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)CA/Master's degree in finance, Economics, Strategy, Business or related field8+ years of experience in FP&A with a focus on supporting sales, marketing, or preferably GTM functions in a SaaS or technology companyKnowledge of Tableau and Structured Query Language or other comparable visualization toolProficient with salesforce, Adaptive insights, NetSuite, Exactly, Clari and/or other comparable software systemsWhat Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualification)Experience of leading a team of 5+ analystsFlexibility to work U.S. time for business/team meetings and during the peak days of the quarterly reporting process#LI-HG1#LI-Hybrid At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
