Conceptual Graphic Designer- Manager

We have an exciting role of Conceptual Graphic Designer- Manager to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

Collaborate closely with the Head of Design to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative direction.

Develop creative concepts, sketches, and visual designs that reflect the brand's identity and resonate with the target audience.

Work independently or collaboratively with other designers to ideate and execute design projects across various mediums including print, digital, and multimedia.

Present design concepts and proposals to the Head of Design and other stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.

Ensure consistency and brand integrity across all design assets, adhering to established brand guidelines and standards.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and share insights with the design team.

Collaborate with cross-functional business heads, strategy, copywriting to ensure alignment and cohesion across projects.

Assist the Head of Design in managing the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to junior designers as needed.


You will be working closely with

Our global creative agency teams. You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an advertising agency or a similar fast-paced creative environment.

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience (10+ years) as a Conceptual Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.

Creative Skills:

  • Strong conceptual and visual design skills.
  • Ability to generate innovative and visually compelling ideas.
  • Proficiency in brainstorming and developing creative concepts.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software such as
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Figma.
  • After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop & Figma


Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.


Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design work and creative

problem-solving abilities.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present and explain creative ideas to clients and team members.

Collaboration:

  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers.

Project Management:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
