The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service while managing demanding clients.The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring the support team to maintain consistent service quality.They will handle escalations and complex issues, especially for sensitive accounts.A strong working relationship with key stakeholders is essential.Effective coordination with internal teams is required to resolve issues efficiently and improve overall delivery and SLA compliance.Performance monitoring, gap identification, and process strengthening are critical responsibilities.Monthly/quarterly reports on support performance and customer satisfaction are a must.Training planning and management to upskill the team are also key responsibilities.Maintaining and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is vital for smooth day-to-day operations.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.At least 5 years of experience in customer support management, preferably in enterprise environments.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.A good working knowledge of SQL, MS Office, Jira, and reporting in Excel/PowerPoint is necessary.
