If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.Role SummaryWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner(preferably candidates who is currently in Bangalore Location) to help our organization to discover and acquire excellent employees with IT skills across different business verticals.The candidate will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover top quality talent, build a strong employer brand and ensure great relationships with stakeholders.The candidate will be responsible for the entire recruiting life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, offer generation, offer release and follow ups until the candidate is onboarded.To be successful in this role, candidate should have an HR academic background and experience in screening and evaluating candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and conduct recruitment and selection processes including resume screening, screening calls, detailed video interviews, present candidate assessment and data managementCoordinate with hiring managers to identify and close hiring needsDefine job description and search strategySource resumes through various channels such as Job Boards, Employee referrals, partnersHandle stakeholder engagement, scheduling interviews with Technical Panelists and Hiring ManagersAccountable for coordinating recruitment activities across iSteer locationsResponsible for daily and weekly meetings with Hiring Managers to keep them updated on the statusResponsible for candidate engagement, Sourcing, Scheduling, Documents collection, Offer release, and OnboardingResponsible for post-offer follow-up, ensuring that candidates on board, and working with Business on hiring and backup plansAdhering to the Information Security Management System guidelines & policies as set by iSteerRequirements3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably from IT IndustryExperience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer brandingCreative ways of sourcing and headhunting talentUnderstanding of all selection methods and techniquesProficient in the use of social media and job boardsAbility to understand the roles and responsibilities of different rolesGood to have knowledge in Recruitment toolsProficient in Excel with good knowledge in pivot tables, vlook upsGood knowledge and understanding of the Information Security Management systemExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMBA in HR is mandatory
