Head of Penetration Testing TeamJob Overview:The Head of Penetration Testing Team will lead and mentor a team of penetration testers, overseeing effective project delivery and driving the development of new security methodologies and tools.Lead, manage, and mentor a team of penetration testers on engagements across Web, Network, Cloud, API, and Mobile security domains.Oversee end-to-end delivery of penetration testing projects: scoping, execution, reporting, and debriefs.Review and validate technical findings, exploitation strategies, and recommendations submitted by the team.Develop and standardize internal testing methodologies, frameworks, and custom tools (with preference for Python, AI, and ML-driven automation).Ensure high performance and continuous growth within the team, fostering a culture of research, learning, and technical excellence.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define testing objectives, communicate findings, and deliver impactful remediation guidance.Key Requirements:Proven expertise in penetration testing across multiple verticals (Web, API, Network, Cloud, Mobile), with hands-on tool development and exploitation skills.Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring pentesting teams.Track record of security research, public blogs, bug bounty activity, or tool publishing.Up-to-date knowledge of the latest attack techniques, security trends, and industry frameworks.Exceptional communication skills, able to translate assessments and risks to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Based in India and able to work without additional sponsorship or visa requirements.
