Capabilities, Experience & Qualification RequirementsExperience15+ years’ experience in Technology audit, assurance or Line 2 risk management related roles in Consulting firms or large Financial Services institutions.Experience in executing assurance/monitoring processes and testing programs.People leadership and ability to lead large teams in a high-pressure, transformational environment.Experience in executing regulatory compliance reviews.Experience leading teams executing assurance assessments across multiple countries.Good knowledge of risk function and risk management practices is preferable.Essential capabilitiesStrong knowledge of audit or assurance methodology, and implications for risks and regulatory management.Strong knowledge of technology risks and control practices.Ability to manage senior stakeholder management and influence outcomes.Ability to oversee automated control design and operating effectiveness testing.Strong ability to lead, coach and motivate teams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strategic, delivery and outcome focus.Qualification RequirementsTertiary degree in Finance / Commerce / Engineering/ Information Systems or related disciplineCISA / CIA / CA / CPA and other relevant technology risk management accreditations will be essentialKey AccountabilitiesOversee the planning, execution and reporting of testing activities relating to multiple portfolios & supporting global teams for automated controls testing.Provide SME knowledge to develop approaches and execute testing of automated controls and other technology related risks and controls mattersProvide people leadership and develop a large team and promote high team engagementProvide ongoing performance feedback and management in promoting a high-performance cultureManage stakeholder relationships and resolve escalations for issues/challenges raised by the teamDeliver commercial and value-added insights and recommendations to stakeholdersEffectively challenge business stakeholders on identified gaps or controls weaknessesSupport the team on assessing the control environment collectively and impacts to obligation effectivenessContribute to team wide initiatives (including improving AI and data enabled testing adoption) and engagement.
